Plant Sale - Thank you all who helped and contributed to our Plant Sale. We doubled our money on the plants much to the efforts of: Jessica Walker, Chairman, Leslie Donat, Valgene Orlando, Marjorie Rhodes, Jack Davis , Bethany Higginbotham, Devin Loux, Lexie Vick, Christina Whitney, and Jeff Kelly and all others that contributed their time to making this work out. Hopefully next year we can continue this fundraiser and make it an annual event. We still have flowers left, for anyone that wishes to purchase petunias, marigolds, lobelia, etc.. for those special color spots in your gardens. We would like to personally thank Royal Arch Park for the use of their facility and Diamond Lodge #83 for their donation of flowers left from their original sale.

Membership - Initiation is June 7th and we will be welcoming 4 new people into our chapter. A reception in the dining room is planned for around 8:30. Please bring your favorite ‘munchies’.

Laurel Catering - Delectable specialties were provided to the recipient of "Be A Guest", Lynn Honsowetz) at her home in South Prairie last weekend. Her family and friends (11 people in attendance) had a wonderful pork loin dinner with all the trimmings. Thank you to the set-up crew, Betty Wirth, Chairman, Margie Barnes, Valgene Orlando, Leslie Donat, Marjorie Rhodes and Lilynne & Jack Davis helped at the designated location the next day.

Laurelites - The annual event of honoring the junior past matron with a dinner was held at Krain Corner restaurant near Enumclaw on the 26th. It was so nice to see some new faces and ones that haven’t been to our meetings for awhile. It was even better to catch up on what is happening in their lives. Thank you Chapter, for the wonderful dinner and fellowship and in keeping our tradition alive.

• July 29 - 30 All Masonic Picnic @ Royal Arch Park
  For those not wishing to stay overnight, the pot-luck barbeque will be on the 30th at 2:00 pm.
• August 13th at 2:00 pm - the Laurelites annual picnic will be held at the Carroll’s home on Lake Morton at 31025 E. Lk. Morton Drive SE, Kent, WA Phone 253-630-6181.
• Sept. 5th - Labor Day - Masonic Breakfast 7:00 to 10:00
  We will be walking in the parade with all Masonic orders participating.

REMINDER - CHAPTER IS 'dark'^* in July and August.
