Greetings from the East.
Last month we had two meetings — one held on June 7th which was the initiation for: Tammy Whitney, Rebecca Savage, Cathy Savage and Shelly O’Sullivan. Welcome SISTERS! We are certainly glad to have you joining us in all of our endeavors. For all those that participated, Thank you. Your dedication to the Order is OUTSTANDING!!! Especially to the new Star Point Officers. Two more dual memberships have been submitted. It is so great to see Laurel Chapter growing and being more active again.
The regular meeting was held on June 9th and we celebrated Father’s Day with 10 Father’s present (well we actually counted all male species present). Time was spent exponding on their many children/grand children/great grand children, etc and they each received a box of Applets & Cotlets or a Shucks gift card for their many projects. We appreciate all you Gentlemen, more than we tell you.
NEWS*** And then the meeting closed with an ANNOUNCEMENT that Jeannette Carroll has been selected to be a Deputy Instructor for 2005-2006. WOW! Be sure and congratulate her when you see her! Laurel is thrilled to have another outstanding appointment.

Just a reminder, that your dues are now due and as of the 30th of June they will be considered delinquent. You will not be allowed to attend any Chapter meetings. The dues are $25.00 per year. Please remit to the Secretary and save the cost of sending individual notices. The cost of the postage takes from the chapter the ability to do charitable projects.
